Cary's early years were marked by a deep passion for ice hockey, which he started playing competitively at the tender age of six. His talents on the ice led him to a pivotal moment in high school when he was recruited to play high school prep hockey at Ridley College Preparatory in Saint Catharines, Ontario. During those formative years, he spent summers in Huntington Beach, California, working alongside a top-producing mortgage loan originator at Countrywide. It was during these summers that his love for the world of real estate first began to take root.

Following high school, Cary decided to remain in Canada, attending Ryerson University in Toronto and later the University of Guelph, where he pursued studies related to economics and real estate. During this time, he made a bold move by purchasing a commercial building in Grand Bend, Ontario. However, the real estate market took an unexpected turn shortly thereafter, prompting him to make the decision to return to his roots in Atlanta. Upon his return, he enrolled at Georgia State University, majoring in economics and minoring in sociology, further expanding his knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry.

Cary's professional journey in real estate truly began in 2011 when he obtained his real estate license. His career quickly gained momentum when he assumed the role of regional manager for apartment buildings, representing Greenleaf Capital Management. In this capacity, he successfully oversaw more than 2,000 units and a team of 30 employees.

In 2015, Cary made a pivotal shift to residential real estate and rapidly ascended the ranks to become a top producer. His dedication and expertise led him to obtain his broker's license, and in a few short years, he worked his way up to become the Managing Partner of Method Real Estate Advisors. In his current role, Cary directly manages over 200 agents and presides over the Birmingham office while also overseeing Method's operations in Charlotte and Miami. He flourishes in his role as Director of Agent Development, digging deep into his mentee's lives, while also pushing them to excel in all aspects of business, relationships and self nurturing.

Cary Blumenfeld is not only known for his impressive sales record, having individually sold over $100 million in real estate and over 300 homes in total, but he is also recognized for his instrumental role in developing one of the top boutique brokerages in the southeastern United States.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Cary takes immense pride in his family. He shares his life with his incredible wife, Leann, who is also a realtor and a mortgage loan originator. Together, they are parents to three amazing sons, Jaxon, Harrison, and Cameron. Cary actively participates in his children's schools' PTA and is a dedicated contributor to multiple charitable causes. The Blumenfeld family are members of the Country Club of Roswell, as well as Congregation Gesher L'Torah and Ocee Park Athletic Association.
