I had my house on the market for a year and a half with no sale, when my daughter happened to run into Rasheeda at her office.  They started talking real estate and my daughter told Rasheeda of my troubles selling my house.  Rasheeda met with me the next day, relisted my property for only 3,000 less than it was currently listed, and we had an offer in less than 30 days!  Of course with financing complications it took the buyer 2 months to close, but this was nothing compared to the year and a half I had wasted. I have called several agents and have not received an immediate response until I contacted this agent. She was always available whenever I called, emailed or text her. She responds immediately and always is on call even on Sundays, it doesn't matter how early in the morning or how late in the evening. She will even go out on Sundays to show homes. I will always recommend and will consider using her in the future should I need to sell or buy.

Jeff Gaines, our real estate broker was wonderful to work with on our purchase. We had several delays on our closing because of varying problems, but with every delay Jeff jumped on and solved the problem immediately and we were on our way again.
